You can reset your password from inside the app. Before doing so it might help to add email@example.com to your address book to decrease the chances of the password reset email going to spam.
To reset your password please open Balance and follow these steps:
- If currently logged out, tap "Log in"
- Tap "Log in with Email"
- Tap "Forgot your password?"
- Enter the email address you use for Balance
- Tap "Reset Password"
- Check your email and open the reset email from Balance
- Tap the green "Change your password" button
- Enter your new password on both lines. Passwords must be at least eight characters.
Please check your Spam/Junk folders if you don't see the email right away.
